General
My standard individual therapy fee starts at $190 and family/couple's therapy is $225. I offer a low fee and sliding scale to keep therapy affordable for those in need- please let me know if you request one of these. I do not accept insurance at this time, because I want to work for you, not the insurance companies. However, many insurance plans will take a "superbill" and may reimburse up to 30% of sessions. You can ask your insurance provider about their policy.
Scheduling an appointment with me is easy. Simply contact me via text or phone call at 415-496-9558 or click below to book a convenient time for your free 20-minute initial alignment call. I strive to accommodate your schedule and try to respond promptly.
During a therapy session with me, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. I will listen attentively, offer my thoughts, and provide you with practical coping skills to help you find the best version of yourself.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for late cancellations and missed appointments. Except in a true medical emergency or natural disaster, clients are responsible for the fee if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or if the client does not show for the scheduled appointment. Insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointment fees or late cancellation fees.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of your mental health care. This estimate shows the expected charges for services that will be provided, including therapy sessions, assessments, or other care plans—before you start treatment. This estimate is intended to help you understand and plan for the cost of treatment before services begin and to reduce the possibility of unexpected bills. A new or updated Good Faith Estimate will be provided if there are changes to services or fees that affect the original estimate. If your actual charges are $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
